Good to know
Since 1 September 2025, Darb has no daily or monthly cap for private cars. Every charged crossing counts. Salik has no daily cap either.
In Dubai, passing Al Safa North and Al Safa South in the same direction within one hour costs one toll. The same goes for Al Mamzar North and South. The calculator counts such a pair once per trip.
Buses, taxis, motorcycles, emergency and police vehicles are exempt automatically. People of determination, senior citizens, retired citizens and families on limited income can apply to exempt one vehicle each on the Darb platform.
Darb's bridge gates are free outside peak hours and all Sunday. In Dubai, 10am to 4pm costs less than the rush hours, and 1am to 6am is free.
