Subhan Allah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times and Allahu Akbar 34 times, 100 in all. Narrated by Ka'b ibn 'Ujrah in Sahih Muslim (596).
The three phrases 33 times each, completing the hundred with "La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah…". Narrated by Abu Hurairah in Sahih Muslim (597).
"Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi" (Sahih al-Bukhari 6405), "La ilaha illallah wahdahu…" (Sahih al-Bukhari 6403), and seeking forgiveness, which the Prophet ﷺ did a hundred times a day (Sahih Muslim 2702).
Counting on your fingers is also from the Sunnah. This page only helps you keep count. For questions of worship, ask a qualified scholar or the UAE's official fatwa service.
