When to use what
Tashkeel (fatha, damma, kasra, sukun, shadda, tanween and the small alef) helps reading but often breaks search and matching: "مُحَمَّد" and "محمد" look different to a computer. Tatweel (ـ) only stretches a word for looks.
Making أ إ آ into ا, ة into ه and ى into ي is a common trick for searching and comparing names in lists. It changes the spelling, so do not use it for a letter, a form or anything official.
Some websites reject ١٢٣ in a phone or ID field and want 123. Swap the digits here before you paste. Persian digits (۱۲۳) are turned into Western ones too.
Title Case capitalises every word. Sentence case capitalises only the start of each sentence and the word "I". Check names and abbreviations afterwards: the tool cannot know that "uae" should be "UAE".
