Dubai Metro: when is the next train?
Pick a line, your station and your direction. See the next 3 trains with a countdown, the first and last train today and how often trains come now.
Timetable-based, not live trackingTimes come from the published RTA timetable and typical frequencies, not from the trains themselves. Delays, Ramadan, Eid and event days can change them.
Many stations carry a sponsor's name on signs. To keep this page free of brand names, we list them by area or earlier name.
Runs on your phone with Dubai time. Nothing you pick is uploaded or saved, and nothing is fetched.
How to read it
Stations open Monday to Saturday at 5 am and on Sunday at 8 am. They close at midnight, except Friday night, when they close at 1 am. The last train leaves the end of the line earlier so that it reaches the far end by closing time.
After Jabal Ali, Red Line trains split: one branch to Jebel Ali Free Zone, the other (Route 2020) to Expo City. Trains take turns, so on a branch a train comes about half as often as on the shared part.
The Red and Green Lines meet at Union and at Khalid Bin Al Waleed. The Dubai Tram meets the Red Line at Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
RTA announces different hours for Ramadan, Eid, New Year's Eve and some events (for example, it opened at 5 am on Sunday 1 February 2026 for the marathon). Check RTA's announcements on those days.
