Official checks hub

The official places to check your visa, Emirates ID, fines, tolls, work permit, tenancy, bills and more. Pick your emirate.

Before you tap anything

  • Type the address yourself, or open the official app you installed from your phone's store. Never follow a link in a text, email or WhatsApp message, even one that says "fine", "visa" or "refund".
  • Check the address bar: federal and emirate bodies use addresses that end in .gov.ae or their own official .ae name, exactly as shown on each card below.
  • Government sites never ask for your card PIN or a one-time code by message. If someone does, stop.
Where do you live or drive?

Runs on your phone. Nothing you pick is uploaded or saved. The links open the official sites in a new tab.

Last checked: 27 Oct 2026. Every address was checked against the body's own site or the UAE Government portal u.ae.

Good habits

One official app beats ten links

Most of these checks are also in the official apps of the same bodies. Install them once from your phone's store, and use them instead of links that arrive in messages.

A real fine can wait for you to check

Scam messages push you to pay "today" through their link. A real fine will still show on the official site when you look it up yourself.

Is that company licensed?

Before you send money through a bank, exchange house or finance company you do not know, look for its exact name in the Central Bank's register. If it is not there, do not send.

Not sure? Call the number on the official site

Use the phone number printed on the official site or app, not the one in a message.
