Debt payoff plan
Add your loans and cards and how much you can put towards them each month. See which order clears them faster and cheaper: highest rate first (avalanche) or smallest balance first (snowball).
For all the debts together. It must cover at least the minimum payments.
To compare your repayments with the Central Bank's 50% limit.

Good to know
Both pay every minimum and put everything left over on one debt at a time. Avalanche targets the highest interest rate, so it never costs more interest. Snowball targets the smallest balance, so you close accounts sooner, which some people find easier to stick with.
The Central Bank of the UAE requires banks to keep all of a customer's loan and card repayments within 50% of their gross salary and regular income. Personal loans are limited to 20 times the salary and 48 months; car loans to 80% of the car's value and 60 months.
Extra payments on a personal loan can carry an early settlement fee: the Central Bank caps it at 1% of the outstanding balance, at most AED 10,000. Ask your bank how extra payments are applied before you plan on them.
If the minimums are more than you can pay, talk to your bank early about rescheduling. Missing payments adds fees and harms your credit record.

Method: each month, interest = balance × yearly rate ÷ 12 is added, every minimum is paid, and the rest of the budget goes to the target debt (avalanche: highest rate first; snowball: smallest balance first); a debt's minimum, once it is cleared, rolls into the budget for the next one. Minimums are kept fixed as typed (card minimums usually shrink as the balance falls); no new spending, fees or rate changes. An estimate, not financial advice.
